You get knocked down, but you get back up again

It’s a bird, it’s a plane—no—it’s an entry-level job that will actually improve your lifestyle. Rarer than Superman, spotting an opportunity that promises to train you, engage your competitive spirit, harness your fearless attitude and pay a wage in the top 10% in the country may seem too good to be true. It isn’t. If you like making friends, that is.

In person and over the phone, you’re a charming chatterbox who can’t be stopped. Unlike Superman you have no kryptonite. You get knocked down and get back up again, and nothing is ever going to bring you down. You recognize the previous sentence as a lyric from your favorite 90’s song—nay—your personal mantra. You’re the kind of positive, persistent, personable person who isn’t scared of a challenge or a little alliteration.

The easiest part of this job: The training you get is so simple and easy to follow it’s like reading Wikihow, except you get a ton of money for following the steps instead of something dumb like a reupholstered chair.

The hardest part of this job: Telling your friends about how hard it was to find a Front-End ASP.Net MVC Application Developer with enough AngularJS and Twitter Bootstrap experience. They probably won’t understand. You probably don’t understand yet, but you will. Oh, you will!

Don’t settle for an average job when you have ambition to be so much more. Learn a few tricks, don’t take no for an answer and step outside your comfort zone in this Entry-Level Recruiter role. You’ll be glad you did.
