From hand selecting and building a dream team of 8-12 IT recruiters to learning from our proprietary recruiter training program, you’ll become an IT recruiting expert!

With your ambition, can-do attitude, and 2 or more years of recruiting experience in any discipline or market you have the basics that we can build on to help you succeed in this newly created position. Once you undergo the two weeks of initial training you’ll have plenty of support, both on-site and remotely. You’ll have office operational and administration manuals to help guide you in building yet another successful Camden Kelly branch!

What you’ll be doing:
