I have an opportunity for a eCommerce Web Analyst to join a company headquartered in the Los Angeles Area. As their Web Analyst, you’ll have the exciting responsibility of being their Heap expert, a new tool designed to aid strategic decisions based on site data. You’ll work closely with business and C-level execs, meaning your ability to translate tech jargon into layman’s terms will be invaluable. You’ll also need to be proficient with SQL, since extracting and transforming data from their SQL database (Snowflake) is a core part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mastering Heap analytics tool and driving its best use at the company
• Training others on the Heap tool and its effective utilization
• Communicating technical processes and concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Extracting and transforming data from our SQL database (Snowflake)

Essential Skills:

• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics with the desire to learn Heap
• Heap analytics experience would be a huge plus, but if you don’t know it, you get to learn it here
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in data transformation
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-tech audiences
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
