As an IT Manager at this organization, you’ll lead and mentor a team of developers and spend a portion of your time hands-on in the code. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's IT systems, as well as taking full charge of U.S. hiring–so your decisions will be a large factor in the growth and direction of the team.

As the team’s new IT Manager,  you will:

• Manage and lead a team of developers
• Understand the team's daily operations
• Analyze optimization options for existing CRM and operational workflow
• Work with customer renewals, such as what platform to use, what to use, and how to trigger emails being sent out to customers reminding them of renewals and more
• Bring in experience with recurring/subscription business models
• Hire new talent for the team
• Create and execute an effective roadmap for the next 3+ years

Required skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead role
• PHP experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in both coding and people management
• Solid familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of recurring/subscription business models
• An ability to work well with both business and development teams

Preferred skills:

• Subscription-based business experience
