Your role:
• Lead the charge in onboarding new clients and driving customer retention.
• Be proactive in managing customer churn, targeting a 2-2.5% reduction monthly.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop a structured communication process to maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers.
• Play a pivotal role in optimizing processes as the company scales.
