I have a HYBRID C#.Net Software Engineer opportunity for you in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll be developing and maintaining custom software applications that turn client orders into actionable machine instructions. This critical process enables the production of unique, tailor-made products in a fast-paced, detail-oriented manufacturing setting. Your programming expertise and keen eye for detail will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
•  Develop and maintain software applications using C#.Net to translate client specifications into machine instructions for custom manufacturing.
•  Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions align with production needs.
•  Work with SQL and ERP systems, streamlining the integration between the company’s software and manufacturing processes.
•  Lead projects that include web and desktop applications, using technologies like ASP.Net MVC or .Net Core.
•  Handle end-to-end project ownership, from concept to deployment, in a fast-moving, adaptable environment.
•  Ensure high accuracy in data processing to prevent costly production errors.

What You’ll Bring:
•  4+ years of experience in C#.Net development with ASP.Net MVC or .Net Core.
•  Strong proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and data integration.
•  Prior experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Epicor is highly desirable.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements—adaptability is key!
•  A meticulous approach to coding and testing, with a commitment to accuracy in every detail.
•  A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
