They are on a mission to reshape the referral space by connecting providers with reliable vendors, and they need a skilled professional who can keep the wheels turning smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Role:
• Be the backbone for upper management, taking tasks off their plates so they can focus on driving the company forward.
• Manage social media accounts, and help set up and curate content.
• Handle booking travel, appointment setting, and even lunch orders.
• Work at an advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Navigate a range of personalities and requests with ease while maintaining professional boundaries.
What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills in content writing and social media management.
• Ability to handle both reasonable and unreasonable requests with grace.
• Bonus: Experience in a SaaS company is a plus!
Compensation & Perks:
• $40,000-$55,000 annual salary.
