As the COO, you will:

• Dive into streamlining redundancies in the company’s day-to-day processes and create efficiency throughout the business.
• Motivate and drive corporate and a team of blue-collar workers to achieve outstanding results.
• Report directly to the CEO and start by getting things in order on the ground before moving on to higher-level strategic roles.
• Oversee managers and prepare policies to grow the company to $100 million in revenue.
• Systemize and spearhead company acquisitions.
• Work in a flexible, casual environment with a great work-life balance.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in running corporate operations of a business.
• Experience in putting in systems for smooth acquisitions and integrations of acquired companies.
• Expertise in reducing redundancies and streamlining processes.
• Acquisition experience and a track record of growing a company from a few million to $100 million.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a staff to success.
• Experience in Operations, Logistics, and office management.
• Understanding of software and subscription-based businesses.
• The understanding that you’re in the people business and the desire to come into the office 5 days a week.

Nice to Have:

• SaaS or Tech Company Experience.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
