Your Role:

As the Director of Marketing Communications, you will lead and execute the strategy for all marketing communications. Your responsibilities will include crafting the company’s image, brand, and overall marketing message across various platforms such as social media, website content, sales decks, and tradeshows. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a resource-constrained environment and can both lead and execute marketing plans hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the strategy for marketing communications
• Oversee social media, website content, sales deck creation, and tradeshows
• Transition paid marketing efforts in-house for better results and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to design and launch new features

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in marketing communications, particularly in brand messaging, design, content writing, and social media
• Experience with SaaS products and start-up environments
• Ability to lead and implement marketing strategies with limited resources
• Creative and critical thinking skills
• Experience scaling a marketing department from start-up to the next level
• Preferably, experience in the home services industry
