Sr. Network Administrator – Be the Backbone of an Industry Leader’s Network Infrastructure

I have an ON-SITE opportunity in Fort Worth, TX, for a Sr. Network Administrator to join an organization that has been a cornerstone in its industry since the 1900s! With a network spanning over 300 devices across two states, they are expanding their team to ensure their technology stays robust, secure, and future-proof.

Your Role:
• Join a close-knit team of three, including the Network Manager, focusing on critical areas such as server patches, server replication, and backup management.
• Dedicate 50% of your time to cybersecurity, focusing on SonicWall, SentinelOne, ransomware prevention, and firewall management.
• The remaining 50% will be centered around managing and updating servers (HyperV, SQL), backup systems, and network infrastructure.
• Be ready to step into hands-on projects, such as VLAN initiatives and occasional software testing, as the team develops all software in-house.
• Collaborate on future-forward projects, pitching new ideas and executing changes to enhance the company’s infrastructure—your voice is important!

What You’ll Need:
• Proven experience with key technologies: SonicWall, SentinelOne, HyperV, ransomware, and firewall management.
• A solid understanding of privacy policies, network infrastructure, and cyber security best practices.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in the industry as a bonus.
• Experience with server patching, replication, and backup systems is essential.
• A proactive approach—this role is perfect for someone who doesn’t need to be micro-managed and can take the lead on critical network operations.
