Your Role:
• Design and develop AI capabilities, including LLM and NLP, enhancing automation and customer engagement.
• Optimize and improve text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) functionalities, with the potential to transition from third-party APIs to an in-house solution.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models to deliver smarter, more effective customer interactions.
• Integrate AI components into the company’s JavaScript-driven logic layer and Python-based LLM models.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered dynamic scripting, enabling automated, intelligent conversations.
• Work in a fast-moving startup environment, collaborating with a team of highly driven, innovative engineers.

What You’ll Need:
• Expertise in Python, with hands-on experience in AI and ML applications.
• Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
