Your Role:
You’ll join a hands-on, passionate team with the freedom to lead, debate, and drive innovation. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, focusing on projects like:
• Migrating the company’s website from Vue to Hotwire.
• Improving inventory management, automated scheduling, and dispatch systems.
• Working toward predictive analytics and AI.
• Building a multi-tenant SaaS application in an Agile environment.

Key Skills:
• Ruby on Rails development experience.
• Knowledge of AWS and Agile environments.
• Ability to lead and work independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Regression Testing experience.
