Camden Kelly are cheerful, results driven, and enthusiastic professionals. They called me up last week with a potential job, wondering who I knew that would be interested. Immediately I tell them that I was interested since the last time we chatted I had a job, but now I didn’t. I was then given an extensive phone interview/review.
Within a day or two they pop up with exciting news, the company they thought that was a good match for me wants an interview. At this point with most recruiters and placement people, I just think they’ll just say “good luck” and that’ll be it.
I was wrong, they called me before the interview to review the client’s focus, what I should focus on with them during the interview, and asked that I call back the second I’m done with the interview.
So I go and armed with some knowledge about the company’s goals, I managed to have a good interview. Naturally, I called them up after and they told me to write out a thank you letter for the company I interviewed with so they can review it. We collaborated and with it sent, I wait all day. By the end of the typical business day, I thought ‘oh well it was a fine interview but they will either get back sometime this week or not’.
Once again I was wrong. It wasn’t “sometime this week”, it was within that day. Camden Kelly cheerfully perked me right up with news that I have a job next Tuesday. I am now writing out this not only as an overall thumbs up on their skills, but also a heartfelt thank you for possibly putting me with a future career. When job searching, sometimes you get stuck in a rut. It takes a talented individual to pull us out of that and help us move forward.
